Hotshot Express
Express bodies are units without mechanical refrigeration.
The Hotshot 1 Express body is basically configured with 30 percent insulated ambient compartment and 70 percent Oven for a very economical version Hotshot. As with the other Hotshots racking can be configured with specific food handling compartment needs in mind.
Hotshot 70/30 Express is the reverse configuration being 70 percent insulated ambient compartment and 30 percent holding oven. This application works well for MEALS ON WHEELS when no mechanical refrigeration is required.
