Oven: 12 full size & 6 half size bakers sheet pans or 15 four inch deep hotel pans or 12 wire baskets (240 3-sectional aluminum or Oliver® meals trays)
Refrigeration section (54 cu. ft.) w/28" deep rails 10 sheet pans or 10 hotel pans or 10 wire baskets and the balance of the space can accommodate drink crates, case goods, etc.
