TROUBLESHOOTING FLOW CHART

FOR REFRIGERATION

1. Unit not cooling - check to see that Digital is coming on.

2. If Digital does not come on - check fuses in body control panel box(*behind drivers seat)

3. If Digital is on - check for RED DOT (by out label) next to number.

4. If RED DOT not showing - check Digital SET point. (see Controller Instructions)

5. If RED DOT is showing, are the Evaporator Fans on with doors are closed - if no check fuses*.

6. If Evaporator Fans are on and Condenser Fans are not go to item 12.

7. If Condenser Fans are on - check compressor drive belt under hood.

8. If belt o.k. is the front plate of the compressor turning with the pulley. If not go to item 12.

9. Is the Evaporator frozen up. If yes, defrost and check temperature settings on Digital.

10. Is product blocking airflow to evaporator.. If yes rearrange product.

11.Is condenser coil free of debris. - If not, clean.

FOR OVEN

There is only one moving part (blower fan) for the oven so there are only a few things to check.

1. Does the Digital come on - If no check fuses in body control panel box(behind drivers seat)

2. Is the RED DOT next to the number - If no, check SET point. (see Controller Instructions)

3. If the RED DOT is on check to see if the fan is coming on when the doors are closed.

4. If the fan is not coming.on- check fuses in black box behind drivers seat.

5. If fuses O.K. - with a 12 volt tester check door switches and or power to fan.
